Target Groups

Vulneable women

We work closely with women who face social, economic, and cultural disadvantages. Our programs focus on improving their livelihood opportunities, enhancing their decision-making power, and ensuring access to essential services. Through skills training, self-help groups, and community mobilization, we support women in achieving financial independence and living a life of dignity.

Adolescent Girls & Boys

Adolescents are at a critical stage of growth and are often vulnerable to risks such as early marriage, trafficking, school dropout, and exploitation. We empower girls and boys through life-skills education, gender awareness, leadership training, and opportunities for personal development—helping them make informed choices and build a safe, secure future.

Migrant children

Our child-centered interventions aim to create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments in schools. We work with children to raise awareness about personal safety, child rights, online safety, and protection from trafficking and abuse. Interactive sessions, clubs, and campaigns help children grow with confidence and resilience.

Youth Groups & Volunteers

We engage young people as powerful agents of change in their communities. Through leadership development, career guidance, citizenship training, and volunteer opportunities, we encourage youth to participate actively in social development and community welfare initiatives.

Child Marriages Prohibition Officers

Child protection systems are strengthened by building the capacities of frontline workers. We train teachers, Child Marriage Prohibition Officers (CMPOs), and Anganwadi staff on child rights, child safety protocols, reporting mechanisms, and preventive interventions. This ensures that children receive timely support from informed and responsible duty-bearers.

Rural & Urban Community Members

Our work extends across rural and urban communities, promoting awareness, collective responsibility, and social change. We empower families, community leaders, and local groups through workshops, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement—ensuring that communities become safe, supportive, and resilient environments for women and children.
